How to apply
Register
DIL students register with their CNIC / Form-B. Non-DIL students first give their CNIC / Form-B number to DIL, then register with it.
Fill in the form
Confirm the code sent by SMS/e-mail, then complete the 10 short sections at your own pace - your answers are saved as a draft.
Upload documents
Attach a clear scan or photo of each document in the section it belongs to (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB each).
Submit & print
Submit online, download your form with its application number and QR code, sign it and hand it in with your documents.
- Pakistani nationals with a valid CNIC / Form-B.
- DIL graduates, and non-DIL students whose CNIC / Form-B number DIL has added to its list.
- Students who have secured, or applied for, admission to a recognised college or university in Pakistan.
- Students with a good academic record who need financial support to continue their studies.
- CNIC / B-form of the applicant and of the father / guardian (both sides)
- Passport-size photograph; Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA
- Academic mark sheets & certificates; character certificate
- Recommendation letter from the school principal
- Salary slips / affidavit; latest electricity & gas bills; rent agreement if rented
